Its initiatives are part of a larger comprehensive revitalization effort, designed by its parent company Chicago Neighborhood Initiatives (CNI) to serve as a Catalyst for Neighborhood Improvement though engagement with community partners, impactful real estate development and by providing access to capital for neighborhood businesses.
