The Board of Trustees of the Cooperative Fund of New England (CFNE) is pleased to announce that Micha Josephy will be leading the organization as its new executive director, as of June 1, 2019.
“I am honored by the Board’s appointment to this new role,” said Josephy. “CFNE is a critical part of the rapidly growing co-op ecosystem. I am excited to work with our investors, borrowers, and partners to increase the relevance of cooperative enterprise for all of our region’s communities!”
Under the leadership of Rebecca Dunn for the last 33 years, CFNE has grown to become an integral part of the cooperative economy in New England with over $60 million disbursed to co-ops across the region, including a current loan portfolio of $23 million to 95 co-ops and community nonprofits.
