The OFN Conference is more than sessions and networking opportunities. Each year, OFN offers plenty of options for attendees to learn and engage with their peers and the greater community in the host city.
Pre-Conference Training: Creating a New Asset-Based Narrative for CDFIs
Sunday, October 20
The language CDFIs use and the way we tell stories can sometimes work against us, suppressing understanding of our programs and reinforcing deficit-based viewpoints. Now more than ever, it’s critical to use research-based strategies to communicate with the public and policymakers. In this interactive workshop, participants learn how to create a new narrative for their organizations, one that leads with shared values, relies on asset-based language, and is proven to persuade, educate, and motivate. Seating is limited for this fee-based training. See the Conference agenda to learn more.
Pre-Conference Training: Organizational Health with Patrick Lencioni's The Table Group

This fee-based session is for CEOs and their leadership teams. See the Conference agenda to learn more.
