During the Annual Membership Meeting at the OFN Conference, OFN Members heard from seven candidates who were running for three elected positions on the OFN Board. The OFN Board has the critical responsibility of overseeing the smooth transition of new leadership as OFN searches for our next CEO.
OFN Members re-elected the three candidates who served as leaders in 2016. Congratulations to the three re-elected members of the OFN Board!
- Lori Chatman, Enterprise Community Loan Fund, OFN Board Chair
- Dave Glaser, Montana and Idaho CDC, OFN Board Vice-Chair
- Inez Long, Black Business Investment Fund Florida, OFN Board Treasurer
Due to strong Member turnout at the OFN Conference, and at OFN Connect, Member participation in the OFN Board election this year was excellent. Proxy voting, introduced for the first time this year, delivered an additional eight percent of the Membership who did not attend the Conference.
Candidates were invited to provide videos, a statement, and participate in interviews in the weeks leading up to the election.

We are excited to take the next steps in our leadership with this OFN Board. Thank you to all OFN Members who participated in this important vote for our organization, and to all the candidates who ran.
