Nominations are open for the 2024 OFN Board Elections. This year, members will cast votes to fill four seats on the Board of Directors at OFN40, the 40th annual conference in October.
Board members share a passion for OFN’s core mission and are committed to our values of justice and excellence. We’re at a pivotal moment for our industry. While there are many challenges and opportunities ahead, our accomplishments demonstrate that we are made to meet this moment. Serving on the board is a unique opportunity to help pave the future of the community finance industry.

OFN members can nominate their ideal candidates for the board today. Requiring that two-thirds of the board be elected by OFN membership ensures that diverse perspectives and voices guide the industry. We hope you take the time to submit a nomination.

To qualify as a candidate, nominees must be on the board or staff of an OFN member CDFI and receive nominations from at least two OFN members. Read our candidate profile for more information about what criteria the board seeks in board Members.
