Meet OFN’s 2024 Board Election Candidates
CDFI leaders nationwide are in the running to fill four Board of Director seats this October at OFN40.

Next month at OFN’s 40th annual conference in Los Angeles, members will cast votes to fill four open seats on the Board of Directors.
Board members share a passion for OFN’s core mission and are committed to our values of justice and excellence. At this pivotal moment for our industry, serving on the board provides a unique opportunity to help pave the future of community finance. This year, 15 talented and visionary leaders are on the ballot.
This year’s candidates are:
- Ron Brooks, President, River City Capital
- Skya Ducheneaux, Executive Director, Akiptan
- Crystal German, Executive Vice President, Self Help Credit Union
- Elena Gonzales, Chief Operating Officer, Homewise
- Daniel Gura, Vice President and Managing Director, Habitat Mortgage Solutions
- John Holdsclaw IV, President & CEO, Rochdale Capital
- Duane Lewis, Interim Co-President/CEO, BBIF
- Mark Masterson, Executive Director, Neighborhood Community Development Fund
- Kairat Mavlyankulov, CEO, Charter School Finance & Development
- Nelly Rojas-Moreno, Chief Financial Officer, National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders
- Dianna Tremblay, Chief Program and Strategic Initiatives Officer, ICA Fund
- Ericka Warmack, Director of National Lending, First Children’s Finance
- Arlo Washington, President and CEO, People Trust Community Loan Fund

The 2024 Board Election will take place on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at the Annual Membership Meeting during the OFN Conference in LA. The conference is now sold out, but there is a limited waitlist.
