OFN is currently seeking candidates to join our growing team based in Washington, D.C. Below is a brief overview of each role.
- Chief Network & Investment Officer
The Chief Investment and Network Officer (CINO) is responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and risk management of OFN’s financial services and network operations. The CINO is responsible for the oversight of OFN’s current assets under management of $1 billion, including its loans and investments to members and its role as qualified issuer under the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program of the U.S. Treasury. The CINO will oversee the management and enhancement of these existing financial programs to ensure they continue to be relevant for our growing membership. The CINO also leads a team responsible for growing the membership of OFN and for the support services that will strengthen these CDFI members through peer events, training, and research. - Senior Associate, External Affairs
The Sr. Associate is responsible for promoting OFN’s policy agenda and raising OFN’s profile with policymakers and other key audiences. Working with OFN’s External Affairs team, the Sr. Associate leads legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts related to policies impacting the CDFI industry; effectively engages the OFN membership in advocacy activities; and represents OFN with federal policymakers, national coalitions, and other ally organizations. The Sr. Associate cultivates and executes OFN’s speaker engagement program which identifies, researches, and manages speaking opportunities at high priority events for the President & CEO and other OFN leaders. - Senior Associate, Information Technology and Salesforce Administrator
The Senior Associate, Information Technology and Salesforce Administrator is responsible for management of Information Technology across the organization, specifically SharePoint, Microsoft Access, Salesforce, and online community platforms. Serves as internal helpdesk for computer and software related needs and serves as internal Salesforce Administrator. Recommends improved technology systems for the organization. This is a great opportunity to really lean in on several different IT and system areas within the organization.
