OFN Webinar Recap – Economic Justice Partnership Fund for Affordable Housing and Community Facilities CDFIs
Partners for the Common Good (PCG) and OFN have partnered to create the Economic Justice Partnership Fund (EJPF) to support primarily smaller and medium sized CDFIs that have difficulty efficiently accessing sufficient capital for larger transactions. Using EJPF, CDFIs can provide flexible loans of up to $6 million for affordable housing and community facilities projects across the country.
On March 9, OFN hosted a webinar led by our own Lisa Mensah and Seth Julyan, PCG’s Jeannine Jacokes and Andrew Baldwin, and Housing Assistance Council’s Alison Duncan. Entitled “Economic Justice Partnership Fund for Affordable Housing and Community Facilities CDFIs,” the webinar covered EJPF application criteria, process, and timing considerations. It also looked at how CDFIs are utilizing tools and resources to support the childcare organizations in their local markets through community engagement and partnerships. The webinar concluded with an interactive Q&A for attendees and panelists.
