OFN seeks a solutions-oriented, intellectually curious candidate with superior attention to detail and organizational skills to support the execution of climate lending training and capacity-building programs for its members, primarily related to its Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA) award. This is an exciting opportunity within OFN’s Development Services team to contribute to a new program and partnership with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to transform the community development finance industry with new clean financing ecosystems.
Associate, Peer Learning
OFN seeks a highly organized, people-oriented Associate, Peer Learning to support the coordination and execution of peer learning opportunities for our network of mission-driven community lenders. This role is responsible for providing operational and logistical support for peer learning communities, regional meetings, and other peer learning programming. This role works closely with community development finance practitioners to facilitate networking and foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a sense of community amongst OFN’s membership. Executive Assistant
Opportunity Finance Network is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to C-level top executives of the organization other than the President & CEO. The successful candidate will have initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in managing the top-tier executives’ schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communication, preparing reports, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support their day-to-day operations and allow them to focus on strategic decision-making and business activities. OFN seeks a seasoned procurement manager to lead the effective and efficient procurement of goods, services, and technology in compliance with federal laws, grant programs, regulations, policies and procurement best practices. This role leads and manages the planning, execution, and management of procurement activities to ensure OFN’s acquisition needs are met in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant with organizational and federal funding requirements. Senior Vice President, Strategic Communications
Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) seeks to fill the role of Senior Vice President (SVP) of Strategic Communications. The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Strategic Communications co-creates and executes comprehensive communications strategies that elevate OFN’s mission, engage stakeholders, and strengthen the visibility and impact of the community development finance industry (CDFI). Working collaboratively across the organization, the SVP, Strategic Communications will align communications strategies with OFN’s overall objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all OFN channels and externally-facing OFN activities. This role includes leadership over media relations, brand reputation, messaging, and narrative development and oversees OFN’s content calendar. The SVP will lead a high-performing team that provides strategic direction to advance OFN’s external communications and thought leadership.
Vice President, Data Engineering
Opportunity Finance Network is looking to fill the position of Vice President, Data Engineering. This role will provide pivotal leadership within OFN’s Data team. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s data infrastructure and engineering processes. This position develops and optimizes scalable data pipelines, integrations, and a robust data architecture to support OFN’s strategic goals. In addition, the VP leads efforts to ensure efficient data flow management across the organization, upholding industry best practices to empower OFN’s mission of supporting Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and driving inclusive economic growth.
Vice President, GGRF Program Management
Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) seeks to fill the role of Vice President, GGRF Program Management. The Vice President, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF) Program Management is responsible for successful program coordination handling and execution. This role manages the day-to-day operations of OFN’s GGRF programmatic activities, primarily related to its Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA) award. This position liaises across OFN to ensure connectivity between organizational functions and to monitor progress toward stated award objectives. This individual serves as an internal expert on project management, federal grant management, and federal regulatory compliance.
Vice President of Regulatory Affairs
Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) needs an experienced and astute Vice President of Regulatory Affairs to lead OFN’s efforts to shape and influence regulatory policy and engagement. This role requires expertise in financial regulation, ideally with a focus on the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). This role will also oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive data governance framework and robust quality assurance strategy that supports OFN’s mission of driving capital into low-income communities and strengthening Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) nationwide.
