As OFN builds the infrastructure we need to deepen our impact and scale the community development finance industry in the years ahead — particularly through our historic $2.29 billion Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund grant from the EPA — we’re looking for talented professionals to join our growing team!

- Investing more than $210 million in 100 CDFIs over the last three years, including CDFIs financing energy efficiency, decarbonization, and other climate change mitigation projects, with the majority of investments in the last two years made in CDFIs with less than $25 million in assets
- Hosting climate training for more than 130 organizations
- Convening our largest industry conference yet, with more than 2,200 attendees in Washington, D.C., in October 2023
- Growing OFN’s membership to more than 400 CDFIs

Associate, Climate Training
OFN seeks a solutions-oriented, intellectually curious candidate with superior attention to detail and organizational skills to support the execution of climate lending training and capacity-building programs for its members, primarily related to its Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA) award. This is an exciting opportunity within OFN’s Development Services team to contribute to a new program and partnership with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to transform the community development finance industry with new clean financing ecosystems.
Associate, Field Building Research
Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) is expanding our research team to include an experienced Associate, Field Building Research. In this new role, you will assist in identifying topics of interest to OFN’s member organizations and the CDFI industry. The successful candidate requires direct experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research. The Associate contributes to publications focused on CDFI benchmarking, industry trends, emergent issues, and landscape analyses. This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or emerging new talent to join a growing organization focused on creating positive impact in our communities.
Associate, Peer Learning
OFN seeks a highly organized, people-oriented Associate, Peer Learning to support the coordination and execution of peer learning opportunities for our network of mission-driven community lenders. This role is responsible for providing operational and logistical support for peer learning communities, regional meetings, and other peer learning programming. This role works closely with community development finance practitioners to facilitate networking and foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a sense of community amongst OFN’s membership. This is a new and exciting opportunity within OFN’s Development Services team for candidates interested in being part of a growing team dedicated to the production of high-quality, practitioner-centered programming, services, and resources to support CDFIs and other mission-driven lenders.
Senior Associate, Information Technology & Operations
Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) has an exciting new opening for a Senior Associate with our Information Technology & Operations team. The Sr. Associate supports the OFN’s technology infrastructure and daily information technology operations and plays a crucial role in providing timely and efficient technical support, facilitating system and software implementation, and contributing to the overall enhancement of OFN’s technology environment. The Sr. Associate is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust information technology services and ensure seamless operations throughout the organization. Senior Associate, Software Administrator
OFN is growing and transforming our internal software infrastructure. Senior Vice President, Environmental, Climate, and Green Investment Programs
OFN seeks an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic Senior Vice President to develop, implement, and oversee OFN’s Climate and Environmental program. This role also manages day-to-day collaboration for OFN’s climate strategy, and provides technical expertise related to greenhouse gas reduction. The Climate and Environmental program is central to implementation of OFN’s Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA) award and other initiatives related to the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF).

You are responsible for establishing and growing an Events team, fostering innovation and collaboration to deliver exceptional event experiences aligned with OFN’s mission and organizational goals.
Senior Vice President, Federal Procurement
OFN seeks a seasoned procurement manager to lead the effective and efficient procurement of goods, services, and technology in compliance with federal laws, grant programs, regulations, policies and procurement best practices. This role leads and manages the planning, execution, and management of procurement activities to ensure OFN’s acquisition needs are met in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant with organizational and federal funding requirements. The successful candidate knows how to work collaboratively and assist managers throughout the procurement process. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and build a team.
Vice President, Grant Administration and Compliance
OFN seeks a detail-oriented and knowledgeable manager to join our expanding team as the VP Grant Administration and Compliance. This role manages and oversees a team that ensures sub-recipient compliance with regulatory and programmatic requirements including, but not limited to, the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF). This role plays a critical part in ensuring that sub-recipients adhere to the terms and conditions of sub-award agreements, as well as applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Vice President of Regulatory Affairs
Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) needs an experienced and astute Vice President of Regulatory Affairs to lead OFN’s efforts to shape and influence regulatory policy and engagement. This role requires expertise in financial regulation, ideally with a focus on the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). The Vice President of Regulatory Affairs plays a critical role in advancing OFN’s policy priorities through proactive engagement with federal agencies, regulators, and other policymakers.
