Opportunity Finance Network is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to C-level top executives of the organization other than the President & CEO. The successful candidate will have initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in managing the top-tier executives’ schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communication, preparing reports, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support their day-to-day operations and allow them to focus on strategic decision-making and business activities. You may engage in confidential matters, liaise with other departments, and oversee special projects as needed.
Senior Vice President, Federal Procurement
OFN seeks a seasoned procurement manager to lead the effective and efficient procurement of goods, services, and technology in compliance with federal laws, grant programs, regulations, policies and procurement best practices. This role leads and manages the planning, execution, and management of procurement activities to ensure OFN’s acquisition needs are met in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant with organizational and federal funding requirements. Senior Vice President, Innovation Programs
Opportunity Finance Network is looking to fill the position of Senior Vice President, Innovation Programs. This role will lead OFN’s CDFI Innovation Initiative, a flagship program designed to foster transformative innovation within the CDFI sector. This leader will drive the strategic vision, design, and implementation of innovation-focused programs, including the CDFI Innovation Center, leveraging expertise in finance, technology, project management, and community development to advance the use of digital tools, AI, and data analytics to enhance capital deployment, operational efficiency, and measurable outcomes. The SVP will oversee complex initiatives, cultivate partnerships, and engage with CDFI members and stakeholders to develop groundbreaking solutions that promote financial inclusion and catalyze economic growth in underinvested communities, ultimately advancing OFN’s mission.
Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Capital Markets
Opportunity Finance Network is looking to fill the position of Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Capital Markets. This role is a key leadership role responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight in implementing the organization’s objectives and priorities for capital markets. This role will be critical in shaping the organization’s financial success and growth through effective collaboration with various departments and stakeholders. Additionally it will ensure effective collaboration with Investments, Finance, and Strategy while managing projects with a mix of internal and external team members. Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) seeks to fill the role of Senior Vice President (SVP) of Strategic Communications. The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Strategic Communications co-creates and executes comprehensive communications strategies that elevate OFN’s mission, engage stakeholders, and strengthen the visibility and impact of the community development finance industry (CDFI). Working collaboratively across the organization, the SVP, Strategic Communications will align communications strategies with OFN’s overall objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all OFN channels and externally-facing OFN activities. This role includes leadership over media relations, brand reputation, messaging, and narrative development and oversees OFN’s content calendar. The SVP will lead a high-performing team that provides strategic direction to advance OFN’s external communications and thought leadership.
Vice President, Data Engineering
Opportunity Finance Network is looking to fill the position of Vice President, Data Engineering. This role will provide pivotal leadership within OFN’s Data team. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s data infrastructure and engineering processes. This position develops and optimizes scalable data pipelines, integrations, and a robust data architecture to support OFN’s strategic goals. In addition, the VP leads efforts to ensure efficient data flow management across the organization, upholding industry best practices to empower OFN’s mission of supporting Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and driving inclusive economic growth.
Vice President, GGRF Program Management
Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) seeks to fill the role of Vice President, GGRF Program Management. The Vice President, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF) Program Management is responsible for successful program coordination handling and execution. This role manages the day-to-day operations of OFN’s GGRF programmatic activities, primarily related to its Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA) award. This position liaises across OFN to ensure connectivity between organizational functions and to monitor progress toward stated award objectives. This individual serves as an internal expert on project management, federal grant management, and federal regulatory compliance.
Vice President, Quality Assurance and Data Governance
Opportunity Finance Network is looking for a Vice President, Quality Assurance and Data Governance. This role will lead organization-wide efforts to ensure data integrity, reliability, and compliance across all data systems, processes, and analytics platforms. This role will also oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive data governance framework and robust quality assurance strategy that supports OFN’s mission of driving capital into low-income communities and strengthening Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) nationwide. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Data, the VP will serve as a champion for data governance and quality across the organization. The position requires close collaboration with leaders from technology, analytics, and business units to embed governance and quality best practices into OFN’s culture, operations, and decision-making processes.
