- Convening our largest industry conference yet, with more than 2,200 attendees in Washington, D.C., in October 2023

Associate, Peer Learning
OFN seeks a highly organized, people-oriented Associate, Peer Learning to support the coordination and execution of peer learning opportunities for our network of mission-driven community lenders. This role is responsible for providing operational and logistical support for peer learning communities, regional meetings, and other peer learning programming. This role works closely with community development finance practitioners to facilitate networking and foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a sense of community amongst OFN’s membership. This is a new and exciting opportunity within OFN’s Development Services team for candidates interested in being part of a growing team dedicated to the production of high-quality, practitioner-centered programming, services, and resources to support CDFIs and other mission-driven lenders.
Associate, Climate Training
OFN seeks a solutions-oriented, intellectually curious candidate with superior attention to detail and organizational skills to support the execution of climate lending training and capacity-building programs for its members, primarily related to its Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA) award. This is an exciting opportunity within OFN’s Development Services team to contribute to a new program and partnership with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to transform the community development finance industry with new clean financing ecosystems.
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
This Executive Vice President (EVP), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has overall responsibility for ensuring OFN’s financial strength, stability, risk management, and appropriate operational and capital liquidity through the management of OFN’s budget, financial performance, and organizational metrics. The EVP, CFO leads the budget formulation process in close collaboration with the EVP, Chief Operating Officer and President & Chief Executive Officer. The EVP, CFO is responsible for managing the financial and organizational data for OFN’s annual audit and Aeris rating. The EVP, CFO is a member of OFN’s Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for the overall management of the Accounting and Finance Team. The EVP, CFO works closely with the Finance Committee and the Treasurer of the OFN Board of Directors.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel
The Executive Vice President and General Counsel (GC) will play a pivotal role in this multifaceted organization, serving as a strategic legal advisor and leader across its trade association, membership group, and CDFI functions. As the strategic legal advisor and leader for OFN, the GC will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team (ELT), responsible for providing strategic and expert legal counsel and leadership on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and governance matters.

Grant Compliance Specialist
OFN seeks a motivated individual interested in growing in their career to join our expanding team as the Grant Compliance Specialist. This role is responsible for monitoring the use and processing requisitions of grant funds from sub-recipients, as well as ensuring sub-recipient compliance with the necessary rules, regulations, and reporting requirements for grant programs including the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund. This role serves as a liaison between grantees and internal programmatic and finance staff. The ideal candidate will have the ability to grow the role.
Senior Associate, Accounting
OFN is expanding our accounting team and seeks a new Senior Associate. The Senior Associate will assist in developing and maintaining OFN’s budgets, reporting, and analysis. This role also serves as an administrator for the organization’s payroll and timekeeping software ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Senior Associate, Climate
OFN is seeking an entrepreneurial, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join the Climate team. OFN has established climate change as a priority area of focus for the organization. This role will support OFN’s growing climate initiatives, including the development and deployment of our new program which will be funded by the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund. The goal of this program is to transform the community development finance industry with a new clean financing ecosystem. The Senior Associate, Climate will support the development and subsequent management of new climate initiatives including: workforce development programs, help desk, lender training programs, market building activities, and impact data collection.
Senior Associate, Communications, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund
The Senior Associate, Communications, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, supports communications for OFN’s activities under the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF), particularly the Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA), in addition to the National Clean Investment Fund. Reporting to the VP, Strategic Communications, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, this role assists in designing and executing all aspects of internal and external CCIA project communications. The Senior Associate helps develop high-quality content and reporting that informs audiences, elevates learning, and demonstrates impact. This position supports the promotion of project activities through key communication channels and engages critical partners, OFN members, and community stakeholders through strategic outreach and innovative communication practices.
Senior Associate, Grant Accountant
OFN is expanding our accounting team and seeks a new Senior Associate. The Senior Associate, Grant Accountant will help ensure organizational accounting compliance with federal regulations and grant requirements, including but not limited to the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF). The Senior Associate will lead the development of grant budgets, draws, and reporting. This role assists in developing a culture of compliance throughout the organization. The Senior Vice President, Data, will be a key leader within OFN, responsible for driving the organization’s data strategy, governance, and management. This role will oversee the establishment and management of a data warehouse, ensure adherence to the EPA’s Terms and Conditions under the CCIA award, and uphold industry best practices. Additionally, the SVP will lead OFN’s business intelligence and data analytics efforts to support informed decision-making and strategic initiatives. The SVP will work closely with cross-functional teams, including staff within the Finance, Operations, Investment Services, Network Services, Strategy, Climate, Development & Capitalization, Public Policy, and the Office of the Chief Executive to execute its objectives.
Senior Vice President, Environmental, Climate, and Green Investment Programs
OFN seeks an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic Senior Vice President to develop, implement, and oversee OFN’s Climate and Environmental program. This role also manages day-to-day collaboration for OFN’s climate strategy, and provides technical expertise related to greenhouse gas reduction. Vice President, Data Collection and Analysis

The Vice President, Data Collection and Analysis leads OFN’s Research Data Collection and Analysis team. The Vice President is responsible for leading and overseeing data collection projects; managing the Annual Member Survey project and its evolution; accessing and compiling data from third-party data sources; conducting quantitative and qualitative data analyses; producing data visualizations; supervising and developing research staff; collaborating with data teams and staff in other OFN units; producing data deliverables and research products; and contributing to the execution of OFN’s research agenda and projects.
Vice President, Grant Administration and Compliance
OFN seeks a detail-oriented and knowledgeable manager to join our expanding team as the VP Grant Administration and Compliance. This role manages and oversees a team that ensures sub-recipient compliance with regulatory and programmatic requirements including, but not limited to, the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF). This role plays a critical part in ensuring that sub-recipients adhere to the terms and conditions of sub-award agreements, as well as applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
