Established in 1991, Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership (ANDP) is a leading advocate for the development and preservation of affordable housing in the greater metropolitan Atlanta region. The ANDP Loan Fund (Previously known as Community Redevelopment Loan & Investment Fund) provides financing to nonprofit and for-profit housing developers that create affordable housing, mixed income, and mixed-use projects. Since inception, the ANDP Loan Fund has loaned over $40 million to help finance nearly 5,300 units of affordable or mixed-income single-family and multi-family housing. The majority of funded units target families earning below 80 percent of Area Median Income, providing a tremendous opportunity to uplift low– and moderate-income families. We currently prioritize projects related to foreclosure redevelopment and neighborhood stabilization in the 10-county metropolitan Atlanta region. To meet these community development capital needs, the ANDP Loan Fund currently offers predevelopment, acquisition, construction, bridge, and mini-perm financing.

Bankable and FECap (a certified CDFI) lends to entrepreneurs that are unable to secure capital from traditional banks. In early 2017, Bankable developed an additional resource for especially underserved entrepreneurs by establishing FECap. FECap lends up to $50,000 to low-to-moderate income small business owners.
To date Bankable has made just over 600 loans totaling nearly $19.5 million. Just in our 2017, Bankable lent about $5.2 million through 106 loans.
Reason for becoming an OFN Member
At Bankable and FECap we are working to grow our impact among low-to-moderate income communities and bring much needed financial resources to the many entrepreneurs living in these same communities. We believe entrepreneurship and owning a business is part of the American dream and our mission is to assist in making this dream attainable to our fellow Hoosiers. By joining OFN we are joining a network of mission driven institutions who are all working towards creating a more stable and inclusive economy for small business owners. OFN’s mission to ensure that low-income, low-wealth, and other underserved people and communities have access to affordable, responsible financial products and services aligns perfectly with our mission to support entrepreneurs in Indiana.
