NACA envisions a Native CDFI that will develop greater economic self-sufficiency and financial resilience by providing members with financial education, development services, and low-cost lending products that address core needs. NACA received $200,000 from NAAF to fund farmers/ranchers and 4H Youth. We received $100,000 for credit builder, and small business products. A total of $134,719 has been dispersed among our loan funds with $126,289.32 in receivables, and $8,430 collected leaving $165,281 as loan funds among our current products.

As an intermediary working on the Delmarva Peninsula, NCALL also helps locally-based nonprofits to develop multi-family housing projects, mostly apartments, through a variety of development services such as financial packaging, asset management, and organizational development.

Fair Cost Lending: NHSSA offers Down Payment/Closing Costs assistance up to $10k as a 2nd lien to new homeowners who earn below 120% AMI.
Affordable Housing Production: NHSSA produces new and rehabbed single-family homes for sale as well as affordable rental opportunities.
Homebuyer and Financial Education Counseling: NHSSA offers monthly homebuyer education classes using a HUD-approved curriculum along with one-on-one counseling sessions for financial capability, credit-building, and foreclosure prevention.
