Brendon Miller
Executive Vice President, Chief of Staff and Head of Communications
Brendon joined OFN in 2024 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief of Staff and Head of Communications, leading OFN’s communications team and driving execution across the organization. Brendon most recently served as Interim CEO at the Washington Area Community Investment Fund (Wacif). During his tenure at Wacif, the organization significantly scaled its assets, capital deployment, and impact.
Prior to his work at Wacif, Brendon served in leadership positions in the corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors, ultimately bringing to OFN more than 20 years of domestic and global leadership experience. Over his career, Brendon has led award-winning organizations and projects, raised more than $400 million, and communicated for impact through placements including the New York Times, Washington Post, Politico, and The Atlantic.
Brendon earned a master’s degree in communications from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia. He is a member of the Leadership Montgomery Class of 2021 and Georgetown University’s New Strategies Class of 2021, and he has an Accreditation in Public Relations from the Public Relations Society of America.
He has served on the Board of Directors for the Public Relations Society of America’s National Capital Chapter and as a community investment advisor to private sector organizations and associations.
