My vision is clear: a future where every CDFI, regardless of size, has the resources, support, and voice it needs to thrive and drive meaningful change in our underserved communities.

I’ve walked the path from being a small, emerging loan fund to becoming a medium-sized force within the OFN community. This journey has not only deepened my understanding of the challenges we all face but has also ignited a passion within me to advocate for those who are still on that path. I’ve been where many of you are now—navigating the complexities of growth, fighting for every dollar, and working tirelessly to make a difference in the communities that need us most.
