Jessel works to support the growth of the organization’s capital under management, develop new market opportunities, and oversee the current portfolio of over $1 billion. Additionally, she will lead the deployment of capital under OFN’s environment and climate program, including CCIA. Jessel has extensive experience delivering comprehensive capital solutions that drive innovation and impact in historically disinvested communities. Prior to joining OFN, Jessel served as Executive Director, Community Development Banking at JPMorgan Chase. Previously, she held roles as Senior Manager of Capital Markets and Investments at Capital Impact Partners, Director of Fixed Income Trading Operations at Morgan Stanley and as an analyst with Deutsche Bank.
Jessel graduated with an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in finance and psychology from the University of Florida. Senior Manager of Capital Markets and Investments with Capital Impact Partners, a national CDFI Jessel serves on the board of the Washington Area Community Loan Fund (Wacif) board and is also Chair of the Board for the Women Impact Investing Network (WIIN).
