Paul M. Hoffmann

Paul has spent the past 17 years in the CDFI sector, wearing many hats, including program design, fundraising, compliance, and marketing. His focus now is on impact measurement and stakeholder engagement, using data to tell the CDFI story, highlight the value of its work, and demonstrate how CDFIs serve the hardest-to-reach populations. At Pathway Lending, Paul leverages data to showcase CDFI impact and drive collaboration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and a Master in Urban Planning & Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago.
