As OFN’s Executive Vice President, Chief People & Operations Officer, Regina L. Ross leads the integration of organizational operations, enterprise systems, and people strategy to drive efficiency, innovation, and a thriving workplace culture in alignment with OFN’s mission and strategic growth. She oversees business transformation, workforce planning, and enterprise technology, ensuring that OFN operates effectively while fostering an inclusive and engaged workforce.

With over 30 years of experience spanning engineering, operations, and human resources, Regina has dedicated her career to unlocking the potential of both individuals and organizations. Before joining OFN, she served as Chief People Officer at Khan Academy and held senior leadership roles at Target, Amazon, and Pitney Bowes, where she led large-scale operations, HR, and change management initiatives.

Regina’s multidisciplinary background, combined with professional training and certifications in executive coaching, change management, human resources, and lean operations, enables her to drive enterprise-wide transformation.
