• Investing more than $210 million in 100 CDFIs over the last three years, including CDFIs financing energy efficiency, decarbonization, and other climate change mitigation projects, with the majority of investments in the last two years made in CDFIs with less than $25 million in assets 
• Hosting climate training for more than 130 organizations 
• Convening our largest industry conference yet, with more than 2,200 attendees in Washington, D.C., in October 2023 
• Growing OFN’s membership to more than 400 CDFIs

Vice President, Data Collection, Management, and Analysis

The Vice President, Data Collection, Management, and Analysis is responsible for leading and overseeing data collection projects; designing, managing, and maintaining a relational database system and data warehouse; accessing and compiling data from third-party data sources; conducting quantitative data analyses, developing quality assurance processes; producing data visualizations; supervising and developing research staff; and contributing to the execution of OFN’s research agenda and projects. Vice President, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund Program

This is an exciting opportunity to transform the community development finance industry with new clean financing ecosystem. The Vice President, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund Program manages the day-to-day operations of OFN’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF) programming, primarily related to its Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA) award. This position will liaise across OFN to ensure connectivity between organizational functions and to monitor progress toward stated award objectives, and serve as an internal expert on project management, federal grant management, and federal regulatory compliance.

Vice President, Program Evaluation & Impact Measurement & Management

This is a great opportunity to be a part of building an exciting new team and lead new project efforts. The Vice President (VP) leads OFN’s Program Evaluation and Impact Measurement and Management team, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Research.

The VP is responsible for contributing to OFN’s efforts to build organizational and programmatic theories of change; leading impact measurement and management processes and data collections; leading and conducting internal program evaluations; selecting and managing external evaluation partners; providing thought leadership in the CDFI industry around impact measurement and management and program evaluation; supervising and developing research staff; and contributing to the execution of OFN’s research agenda and projects.
