2015 CDFI Bond Guarantee Program

The application period for the 2015 round of the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program (BGP) is now open, making $750 million in bond guarantee authority available to eligible CDFIs.
In addition to publishing the 2015 applications, the CDFI Fund also announced revisions to the CDFI certification requirements that facilitate a new way for CDFIs to borrow under the BGP.
New this application round, the NOGA allows Qualified Issuers (QI)—like OFN—to submit applications that propose alternative financing structures.
OFN and others have worked hard to advocate for these revisions, which mean that the BGP can be accessible to more of our Member CDFIs. Watch this webinar to learn how OFN and others have worked to ensure the program is more accessible to more CDFIs.
